Job Description:

At Planet DDS, we don’t just train users—we transform them into confident, empowered product champions. As a Learning Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of this mission, delivering engaging and impactful training experiences that help dental professionals get the most out of our cutting-edge software solutions. *This role is remote (within the US) with Travel up to 80%.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver World-Class Training: Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training
Develop and execute blended learning experiences including instructor-led training, self-guided resources, and workflow-based learning
Adapt training to different learning styles
Be a SME: Stay ahead of new product features and quickly incorporate them into training sessions
Cross-train on multiple Planet DDS solutions
Continuously refine training materials
Support & Consult: Provide proactive, customer-focused support
Tailor training sessions to align with client-specific workflows and business objectives
Act as a trusted learning partner

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in dental practice operations
Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
