Tenaciously drive learners’ progress, keeping them on track to complete their training programme
Combining industry expertise and technical knowledge of polymer materials and processing, with coaching and mentoring skills
Help learners embed their workplace experiences and build confidence operating real-world manufacturing equipment
Deliver apprenticeship programme covering modules including Health & Safety, Polymer science, Process operations and maintenance, Quality procedures, Problem-solving, Environmental management
Visit apprentices in their workplaces
Be a strong relationship builder, working closely with learners, employers, and workplace mentors
