Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Provide the highest standard of care to children
  • Participate in activities including swimming, walks, educational activities, and trips
  • Support children’s independence with everyday tasks and personal care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, external professionals, and colleagues
  • Attend mandatory and recommended training

Requirements

  • Passionate about providing quality care and education for children
  • Willingness to learn
  • Patience and understanding
  • Promote safeguarding and welfare for children
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • 12 months or more on Visa
  • Will undergo enhanced DBS check and pre-employment checks
  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
