Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, or Business Administration
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a role within a manufacturing environment
  • Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptable to evolving business needs and priorities, leveraging creativity to navigate ambiguity
  • Analytical skills: Proven ability to analyze business needs, solve complex problems, and develop effective processes to improve performance
  • Communication: Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
  • Technology and Tools: Good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project and the MS O365 suite
  • Collaborative leadership: Ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams, foster synergy, and coordinate resources to achieve objectives
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Transport Canada requirements and the ability to integrate them into training projects and processes
