Job Responsibility:
Analyze training needs and actively contribute to the integration of new technologies
Coordinate special projects aligned with the company’s strategic priorities
Liaise with managers to assess, prioritize, and address requests within required timelines
Master performance indicators in order to propose strategic solutions aligned with industrial plans
Present performance indicators to leadership and recommend improvement actions
Develop development plans to enhance performance and support the onboarding of new employees
Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver business solutions within established timelines and budgets
Analyze existing business processes and design new ones to improve efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Design and recommend solutions tailored to business needs, including training solutions
Identify and mitigate risks associated with initiatives to ensure their success
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project performance and communicate results while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Facilitate change‑management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions
Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Requirements:
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, or Business Administration
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a role within a manufacturing environment
Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptable to evolving business needs and priorities, leveraging creativity to navigate ambiguity
Analytical skills: Proven ability to analyze business needs, solve complex problems, and develop effective processes to improve performance
Communication: Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members
Technology and Tools: Good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project and the MS O365 suite
Collaborative leadership: Ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams, foster synergy, and coordinate resources to achieve objectives
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Transport Canada requirements and the ability to integrate them into training projects and processes
