Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, the Learning Asset Coordinator provides essential administrative and coordination support to the L&D team, with a strong focus on supporting the migration to a new Learning Management System (LMS). This role supports the organisation, accuracy and quality of learning materials across the business. You will help track, audit, update and archive learning assets, maintain version control and branding consistency, and assist with uploading and testing content within the LMS. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are key to success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders including L&D, operations and subject matter experts to ensure learning content remains current, compliant and fit for different markets.
Job Responsibility:
Providing administrative support to the Learning & Development team
Assisting with LMS migration, including content tracking, formatting and testing
Maintaining a central learning asset directory, version control and naming conventions
Supporting audits and quality checks of learning materials
Coordinating updates and localisation of content with internal stakeholders
Uploading and activating learning content and supporting rollouts
Assisting with reporting, learner analytics and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
1–3 years’ experience in administration, L&D or content/document management
Familiar with digital platforms such as LMS, DMS or CMS
Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
Confident managing multiple tasks and stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Exposure to e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, SCORM/xAPI, Canva, Synthesia) is a plus
