Job Responsibility:
Lead a cross-functional team with expertise in pedagogy, research, technology, systems and learning design
Contribute to innovative projects that enhance learning and digital transformation in education across the University and our partner institutions
Requirements:
Experienced educational development professional with a strong track record in digitally enabled pedagogy, learning design and the effective use of educational technologies
Confident leading teams, managing projects and supporting colleagues to innovate in teaching, learning and assessment
Play a key role in supporting the integration of our learning management system (Brightspace) and Jisc digital attendance platforms with the University's new Student Records System
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Collaborative approach
Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery
Proactive, flexible and committed to enhancing the student experience through evidence-based, inclusive and innovative practice
