This role is a great opportunity for either an experienced or aspiring learning and development or organisational development practitioner. Developing a culture of learning is a key priority in our organisational plans to build a great experience for our colleagues – helping us to attract, retain and develop brilliant people who can support our thousands of GP members. Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside the Head of Learning & Culture and other people colleagues, lead the development of a learning culture across RCGP
  • Plan and deliver impactful learning and development interventions and activities across the organisation
  • Support the building of organisational capabilities around learning and organisational development
  • Enable the development of management capabilities across RCGP
  • Contribute to projects, interventions and activities related to culture, EDI and organisational development

  • Manage competing priorities and projects
