We’re looking for a Trainer to deliver our compliance training across our services in West Wales. Job Responsibility:
Delivering operational compliance training across West Wales
Managing own diary to meet training needs of colleagues, ensuring training compliance is maintained
Designing engaging training content and resources to meet compliance obligations
Creating blended learning solutions including e-learning, online sessions and in-person training sessions
Ensuring accurate maintenance of training records, keeping learning management system up to date
Providing advice to colleagues on appropriate development opportunities and supporting them with completing professional qualifications
Supporting managers to provide a welcoming induction for new starters
Working closely with managers to ensure all colleagues are compliant with necessary training requirements
Continuously improving training content delivered to enhance learning experience for colleagues
Requirements:
Experience of delivering compliance training within health and social care or a related sector
Experience of developing a variety of training courses, to be delivered in-person, online or via e-learning
Qualified to Level 3 in a learning and development qualification or qualified to deliver compliance training in a health and social care setting (eg manual handling, safeguarding, medication, first aid etc)
Experience of using Microsoft Teams and other MS Office packages and a learning management system
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to deliver engaging training content to a variety of colleagues
Excellent time-management and organisation skills, able to proactively manage your own workload across multiple sites
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and managers and support their personal development
