The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are looking for a Learning and Development Trainer! Love learning? Love people? Love making a difference? We're looking for an energetic, creative and people-focused Learning and Development Trainer to help shape learning across the organisation and support colleagues to be at their best. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll design, deliver and continuously improve learning across induction, statutory and mandatory training, management development, digital learning, apprenticeship support and wider colleague development.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, deliver and continuously improve learning across induction, statutory and mandatory training, management development, digital learning, apprenticeship support and wider colleague development
  • Bringing statutory and mandatory training to life, making essential topics practical, engaging and memorable for learners including safeguarding adults, fire safety, first aid, train-the-trainer moving and handling, and mental health awareness
  • Work across face-to-face, virtual and online environments, creating learning that is accessible, relevant and impactful.

Requirements
