Job Responsibility

Design, deliver and continuously improve learning across induction, statutory and mandatory training, management development, digital learning, apprenticeship support and wider colleague development
Bringing statutory and mandatory training to life, making essential topics practical, engaging and memorable for learners including safeguarding adults, fire safety, first aid, train-the-trainer moving and handling, and mental health awareness
Work across face-to-face, virtual and online environments, creating learning that is accessible, relevant and impactful.

Job Responsibility

Supporting the Training Lead to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of our debt recovery and litigation teams
Creating engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and presentations
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
Maintain an accurate training log and skills matrix with a full audit trail
Working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team to identify skill gaps and provide guidance on improvement opportunities and training needs
Conducting horizon scanning, documenting all industry and regulatory changes that impact the organisation and its training materials
Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to identify departmental training needs
Develop new and existing employee training materials to incorporate regulatory and industry changes and ensure compliance with requirements
