Learning and Development Technician

• Leads engaging training sessions (beginner to advanced), both in-person and remotely, with strong preparation and follow-up
• Refreshes and enhances existing training content based on feedback and evolving needs
• Develops new learning formats—classroom, remote, and self-paced—to meet diverse learning styles
• Uses tools like PowerPoint, Klaxoon, and digital communication platforms to create dynamic learning experiences
• Guides newcomers through their learning journey and ensure a smooth integration into the team
• Contributes to training campaigns and knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree
• + 1 year of experience in Learning and Development
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Driven to team work
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills.

Hybrid work with 2/3 days of work in the office in Lisbon per week
