Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development specialist to identify, design, and deliver capability development interventions for internal employees across multiple business verticals. The role focuses on building sustainable learning solutions, strengthening organisational capability, and ensuring measurable business impact through structured learning design, engagement initiatives, and impact assessment.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify training and development needs aligned to business priorities across functions and geographies
  • Define, design, and maintain learning and product concepts in close collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Own capability development initiatives, including skill assessment and measurement of learning effectiveness and return on investment
  • Design learning solutions using adult learning principles, Bloom’s taxonomy, and recognised instructional design methodologies
  • Deliver and coordinate learning programmes while working closely with internal teams and external partners
  • Create learner engagement through initiatives such as communication campaigns, learner interviews, success stories, and business case narratives
  • Provide consulting support and guidance to line managers and L&D partners on learning solutions and development approaches
  • Manage budgets, resources, and learning priorities with a strong commercial and outcome‑focused mindset
