Job Description:

We are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR Centre of Expertise Services team in Hungary. This role focuses on identifying and addressing employee development needs, managing mandatory training programmes, and supporting initiatives such as language training and internal tools. The individual will collaborate with internal departments and external providers to design, implement, and promote training solutions. The role also involves coaching, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identify and assess training needs across the organisation
  • Develop and maintain training concepts in collaboration with internal departments
  • Manage external training providers and oversee the approval of training content
  • Promote and communicate training offerings to employees
  • Support learners through course recommendations and process guidance
  • Coach employees and support interns and working students in training delivery
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders
  • Plan and monitor training budgets and resources
  • Provide guidance to line managers on learning initiatives

Requirements:

  • Holder of a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Work and Organisational Psychology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in large organisations
  • Strong consulting and conceptual skills with experience in managing complex projects
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
  • Skilled in stakeholder collaboration and supplier management
  • Familiar with LMS systems and Microsoft365 tools

Nice to have:

Additional training in coaching or organisational development is desirable
