Job Description

Forge Holiday Group is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Partner who wants to blow up boring, turn legislation into confidence, and build leaders who actually know how to lead. This role exists because we're done with training that looks good on paper and changes nothing in real life.

Job Responsibility

  • Work across Forge Holiday Group designing learning that managers remember, use and talk about
  • Be at the forefront of supporting changes from the Employment Rights Act
  • Strip out legal jargon and turn it into real-world examples, honest conversations and practical tools
  • Design leadership and management development that feels human, challenging and energising
  • Scrap classroom learning and take learning straight into operation
  • Use real scenarios, role-play hard conversations
  • Build peer learning, challenges, pop-ups or experiences that don't look like training
  • Steal ideas from outside L&D, outside hospitality, outside HR

Requirements

  • Experience in Learning & Development
  • Understanding of UK employment law and ability to make it real
  • Confident challenging managers and leaders respectfully
  • Belief that learning should change behaviour, not tick boxes
  • Curious, brave and fed up with how it's always been done
  • Experience in hospitality or leisure helps but mindset beats sector
