Learning and Development Officer

• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, including workshops and inductions on company processes and IT systems, ensuring alignment with values, safety, and operational standards
• Supporting the planning and the oversight of mandatory training, monitor completion, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver functional and system-specific training, while developing and maintaining up-to-date training materials and digital resources
• Collect feedback, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes and engagement
• Support company-wide learning initiatives such as leadership programs, digital platforms, graduate and internship programs, and promote a culture of continuous development
• Support in managing partnerships and collaborate on inclusive hiring practices, support programs for underrepresented groups, and contribute to traineeship, apprenticeship, and youth engagement initiatives aligned with social responsibilities goals

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organisational Development
• 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
• Experience within the Construction industry will be highly regarded
• The ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies to keep up with changes in the industry or workplace
• Excellent Microsoft 365 tools skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships
