Following an extensive renovation and restoration, The Four Seasons Hotel Beirut is anticipated to reopen in 2026, marking an exciting new chapter for our property. We are now seeking an exceptional Learning and Development Manager to join our team and help shape the employee and guest experience from the very first moment.
Job Responsibility:
Developing the learning quality and experience on property
Delivering workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives
Being the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule
Supporting talented people by curating an impactful mix of learning needs analysis, design and delivery
Identifying and implementing learning and performance improvement strategies
Promoting a continuous learning culture
Partnering with stakeholders to ensure leadership skills are developed
Ensuring new employees are given the knowledge and skills to be successful
Supporting the planning committee in assisting them to conduct management development programs and blended learning programs
Analyzing potential service gaps
Evaluating the effect of training programs and initiatives
Requirements:
Hotel operations experience
Experience in a Learning and Development leadership role
Passion for people and talent development
Opening or project management experience is preferable but not required
Fluency in Arabic and English
Current eligibility to work in Lebanon
