Learning and Development Manager

• Oversee all UK training activity
• Review, design and deliver training solutions
• Promote the development of apprenticeship opportunities
• Contribute to and coordinate the UK training calendar
• Ensure all management and operational training needs are met
• Support with wider Group mandatory training requirements and initiatives
• Regularly review and update UK content for digital platform

• CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a similar role
• Competent in the use of IT systems
• Experience in using e-learning platforms
• Experience evaluating learning initiatives and producing statistical data and reports
• Experience of levy funded training and apprenticeships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt language and training style to suit audience
• Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
• Must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
