We are seeking a pro-active and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join our HR team. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will oversee all UK training activity and empower colleagues with the skills and knowledge they need to excel and contribute to workforce performance and organisational success. Fundamental to this role will be the requirement to ensure our learning activity is rooted in our leadership principles.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all UK training activity
Review, design and deliver training solutions
Promote the development of apprenticeship opportunities
Contribute to and coordinate the UK training calendar
Ensure all management and operational training needs are met
Support with wider Group mandatory training requirements and initiatives
Regularly review and update UK content for digital platform
Requirements:
CIPD level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
Experience in a similar role
Competent in the use of IT systems
Experience in using e-learning platforms
Experience evaluating learning initiatives and producing statistical data and reports
Experience of levy funded training and apprenticeships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt language and training style to suit audience
Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
Must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
