You will work closely with leaders across the organisation to design and deliver practical learning, leadership, and capability solutions. In this role, you will lead enterprise learning and development programs including leadership development, capability building, compliance training, and LMS management. You will identify capability needs and translate them into scalable, practical solutions that work in a complex environment. You’ll also manage vendors, oversee program delivery, ensure compliance requirements are met, and improve how learning is designed and delivered, balancing strategy with hands on execution!
