Job Description:

The HR Strategy supports the overall direction of the business. The role focuses on promoting IKEA culture, implementing competence development strategies, managing training programs, and supporting performance evaluation processes.

Job Responsibility:

Promote and safeguard the IKEA culture
Be a role model expressing IKEA values
Active contributor in formulation, communication and implementation of regional and local competence development strategies
Promote implementation of store and regional training calendar
Support implementation of local and regional pool of trainers' programs
Contribute to performance evaluation & development talk process
Contribute to talent review process
Ensure investments and budget allocation for learning activities
Responsible for automated training records and relevant reports in HR information system

Requirements:

Passionate about home furnishing
At least 3 years experience in Training and Development role
Focus on Needs Analysis, Training Program Development and Facilitation, Training Evaluation
Proactive collaboration with subject matter experts
Ability to create and execute learning strategies and programs
Ability to evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Ability to implement various learning methods companywide
Advanced competency in L&D reporting data analysis
Knowledgeable in training budgeting and forecasting
Ability to evaluate and analyze training evaluation metrics
Passionate about developing people
Strong belief in individual's potential
Demonstrate leadership capabilities
Build strong relationships with key leaders, managers, and co-workers
