We’re looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator who’s passionate about developing people, enhancing team performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with IEA Leadership team to identify training needs and provide learning and development solutions
Support new and existing staff in their roles as EC’s
Organise and facilitate training sessions both in person and virtually
Manage the learning management system (LMS), including user support
Research and implement best practice in learning and development to enhance employee engagement and retention
Requirements:
Proven experience in Employment Services, including detailed contractual understanding
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident using programs such as Microsoft Suite etc
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders
Positive energy and ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to demonstrate initiative whilst working autonomously
Flexible to travel across locations during the week
