This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to join a corporate human capital team as a Learning and Organizational Development Specialist for a 4-month contract.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze organizational learning requirements and propose tailored development strategies to bridge competency gaps
Partner with internal business units to execute diverse educational initiatives, including digital platforms and professional coaching sessions
Create comprehensive instructional content and lead internal workshops to enhance employee capabilities
Manage relationships with external vendors to select relevant curricula and assist with fiscal planning for training programs
Evaluate program impact by reviewing instructional quality and synthesizing participant feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and executing professional development programs within a fast-moving corporate environment
Solid understanding of adult learning frameworks and modern organizational development methodologies
Practical experience managing data within learning management platforms and Tier-1 HRIS systems
Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple project timelines in a matrixed organizational structure
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities with a track record of building effective stakeholder relationships
