Job Responsibility:
Coordinating and scheduling training activities (instructor-led and e-learning)
Booking venues and public courses, confirming trainers, and issuing joining instructions
Managing logistics such as attendee lists and access requirements
Keeping learning systems and training records accurate and up to date
Handling rescheduling, cancellations, and troubleshooting
Providing helpful, timely support to employees, managers, and suppliers
Supporting training activity and compliance reporting
Collaborating with fellow coordinators to balance peaks in workload
Requirements:
1-3 years of administrative experience (L&D, HR or training environments highly desirable)
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent customer service, especially written communication
Confident IT skills, including Excel
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle volume
Eligible for Security Clearance (SC)
Comfort commuting to Stevenage for occasional onsite responsibilities
Nice to have:
Familiarity with learning platforms / LMS
Experience supporting training suppliers or managed learning services
