Training Specialist will support the Learning and Development team in the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in training design, facilitation, and program evaluation. The L&D Coordinator will work closely with the team members to deliver engaging learning experiences and support organizational development goals.
Job Responsibility:
Training Support & Coordination: Assist in the preparation and organization of training sessions, including logistical coordination, materials preparation, and scheduling
Support the facilitation of training programs, ensuring smooth operations during live sessions (in-person and virtual)
Maintain and track attendance, feedback forms, and other training-related documents
Learning Materials & Content Development: Assist in the creation of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, eLearning modules, and job aids, under the guidance of senior training specialists or instructional designers
Ensure that training content is clear, engaging, and aligned with company standards and learning objectives
Update and maintain training documentation as needed
Training Delivery Support: Co-facilitate training sessions and workshops alongside senior trainers, helping with group activities, exercises, and participant engagement
Provide support during training by assisting with technical setup, managing participant questions, and addressing individual learning needs
Participate in virtual training sessions, providing support in troubleshooting issues and managing online learning platforms
Evaluation & Feedback Collection: Help gather feedback from training participants through surveys, one-on-one interviews, or group discussions
Assist in analyzing training evaluations and compile reports on learning outcomes, identifying areas for improvement
Monitor post-training performance to assess the effectiveness of programs
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of all training activities, ensuring compliance with company documentation and reporting standards
Assist in the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading training materials and tracking employee progress
Help coordinate logistics for external training events, conferences, or webinars
Continuous Learning & Development: Stay current on best practices in training, learning technologies, and employee development
Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theories, and emerging trends in the field
Collaborate with the L&D team to improve the overall quality and delivery of training programs
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
Proficient in Ms Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with eLearning tools and platforms
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
