Job Responsibility:
Partnering with sales stakeholders to understand capability needs, priorities and goals, taking a consultative approach to identify focus areas and manage expectations
Designing, managing and delivering upskilling campaigns and structured programmes end‑to‑end, ensuring measurable business impact and strong learning transfer
Coaching and facilitating both 1‑to‑1 and group sessions, virtually and in person, with autonomy over how much you lead
Managing partner relationships through QBRs, onboarding and cost oversight, ensuring solutions are effective and impactful
Representing L&D in strategic business projects, influencing direction, aligning to objectives and driving the right solutions through people and process
Collaborating across the organisation to support wider L&D initiatives and ensure cohesive delivery of development solutions
Requirements:
Experience designing and delivering impactful, learner‑centred development solutions, ideally within sales environments would be advantageous
Confidence to work with senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business needs and drive meaningful outcomes
Ability to measure and communicate the impact of learning using data and insights to support continuous improvement
Be able to facilitate and deliver sessions both virtually and in person
Be a strong team player with a proactive, growth‑focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and willingness to travel within the UK when required
