We are looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to support the creation, coordination, and implementation of enterprise-wide learning initiatives. This role will focus on optimizing the use of Workday as a learning management tool, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver impactful and scalable learning solutions. This is a long-term contract position based in West Los Angeles and requires you to go onsite three days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the administration of Workday Learning, including content management, campaign launches, and system updates
Develop strategies to enhance Workday functionality and implement solutions to improve learning measurement and impact
Track and analyze engagement metrics for learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
Manage relationships with external learning vendors, coordinating schedules, program logistics, and performance evaluations
Organize and ensure seamless delivery of leadership and management training programs across the organization
Collaborate with stakeholders to support onboarding initiatives and maintain learning materials for global onboarding programs
Facilitate training related to performance management processes, creating supporting documentation such as guides and job aids
Provide operational support for learning programs, including scheduling, facilitation, and addressing ad hoc learning requests
Promote learning resources through effective internal communication strategies to drive engagement and program adoption
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR programs
Proven expertise in managing learning management systems, particularly Workday
Demonstrated ability to coordinate training programs and manage vendor relationships effectively
Strong skills in organizational planning, project management, and stakeholder communication
Experience using analytics to track engagement and assess the impact of learning initiatives
Familiarity with designing and implementing onboarding and leadership development programs
Ability to create clear and concise training materials, including guides and job aids
