As L&D Business Partner, you’ll shape and deliver L&D strategies that empower our teams and align with our business goals. You’ll design and deliver innovative training, lead on learning needs analysis, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will help us stay ahead in a dynamic industry, ensuring our people have the skills to thrive.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with senior leaders to identify and address learning needs
Develop and implement engaging L&D programmes, including leadership, technical, and compliance training
Design and deliver training sessions and coaching for employees and managers
Analyse data to measure impact and continuously improve our L&D offering
Lead and mentor a small L&D team
Ensure compliance with regulatory and diversity standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in Learning & Development or HR
Strong consulting, relationship management, and project management skills
Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
Data-driven mindset with experience in analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office
