Job Description

Join the Deezer band as a Learning & Development Apprentice in our HR Team. You’ll be joining the wonderful Talent Team at Deezer - a crew with a strong team spirit and positive attitude that is on a mission to attract, hire, engage and develop diverse and high performing talents. Reporting to our L&D Manager, you will work closely with her to help facilitate smooth and impactful learning experiences for our staff, contributing to build a learning culture. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of learning and development, including needs analysis, training delivery, evaluation, and more. This apprenticeship will provide you with a solid foundation in L&D practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate and coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process and logistics
  • Manage L&D KPIs and reporting
  • Manage our LMS (learning management system 360 Learning): tool and user management, update content, onboarding and training of new authors, think of new ways to further leverage our tool
  • Support the L&D Manager in the roll-out of training programs and other L&D related topics and projects
  • Organise training sessions and other L&D actions from A-Z
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and user management for L&D tools

Requirements

  • At least one internship in HR or project management
  • Rigorous with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and relationship skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
  • Proactive approach to work tasks
