Job Description:

This is an exciting role that requires a mixture of skills in relation to learning and development. The role is varied and will involve delivery, design and management of learning to support staff and volunteers within our Witness Service delivered by Victim Support. As the face of learning and development for the Witness Service within the organisation, you will build positive relationships, promote learning and act in an advisory capacity when it comes to development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver and design face to face and virtual training for volunteers, staff and partners (4 days per week delivery, 1 day administration/design)
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts and senior staff on learning projects relevant to the Witness Service
  • Create accurate delegate reports and take appropriate action to address any identified under-performance
  • Deliver high quality presentations and learning interventions with a focus on evaluation and continuous improvement
