Join our L&D team as a Learning and Development Advisor. At Greensleeves Care we deliver exceptional 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care to older people across our 28 care homes in England. Job Responsibility:
Deliver mandatory training, compliance and required training at all allocated homes
Oversee and have responsibility for the recording of training throughout the Trust
Assist in the design of mandatory compliance and required training sessions as required
Attend necessary training events as required
Support with maintaining the Trust’s training KPI’s, liaising with homes and proactively following up failures to meet the identified KPI’s
Assist the Learning and Development Manager in the drawing up of an annual Training & Development plan for each of your allocated homes
Contribute to divisional reports where required
Be able to carry out frequent travel nationwide
Requirements:
GCSE English Language (or equivalent)
GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
PTTLS L3 or equivalent training qualification
L3 NVQ/QCF Health and Social Care or equivalent
Substantial experience of working as a trainer in social care
Proven track record in facilitating and delivery of high quality training
Understanding of the Health and Social Care training agenda
Knowledge of the care sector, and in particular elderly residential care
