We are looking to strengthen our HR team with a Learning and Development Administrator based at Hattersley with hybrid working available. You will report directly to the Learning and Development Manager and your role will cover organising coordinating and implementing key L&D initiatives and projects as required alongside the day to day running of the L&D function.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, organise, record all training against the annual training plan
Working with L&D Manager to plan and organise the full cycle of programme delivery and liaise with key stakeholders
Assist with the review and development of internal L&D procedure, guidance, forms and admin systems
Manage the ECITB levy paid by the company
Liaise with Accounts Payable as necessary to ensure timely payment of invoices
Identify effective ways to communicate and promote L&D
Provide information, updates and reports to others in the HR team and business
Help maintain the L&D intranet pages
Work on special projects as defined by the L&D Manager
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role
A good understand of the purpose of a Learning and Development function
Educated to A Level or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation / delivery skills
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint skills
Self-motivated, able to work to tight deadline
Willingness to develop further
Nice to have:
Working towards or aspiration to work towards CIPD
