Learning and Content Development Specialist. Mississauga, Ontario. Contract. Job Category: Information Technology. Responsibilities: Training Needs Analysis, Instructional Design and Content Development, Content Management, Learning Project Management, Learning Technology and Platforms, Program Facilitation and Delivery Support, Measurement and Evaluation, Change Management and Communication, Continuous Improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred); 5+ years of experience; expertise in adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM; experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS (Workday preferred); strong project management and communication skills. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, and learning project management, ideally in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM, blended learning design, and training content lifecycle management
  • Proven experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, etc.), multimedia content creation, and Learning Management Systems (Workday preferred)
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Excellent writing, editing, visual design, and verbal communication skills
  • Certification in instructional design, project management (PMP), or learning technologies (nice to have)
