Job Description:

The Principal Learning Advisor operates at a strategic level, playing an important role in influencing and shaping our learning and development landscape. This role leads the design of large-scale learning programs and solutions, applying advanced adult learning principles to lead organizational success. The advisor will mentor, coach, and train team members while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders. Responsibilities include managing innovative learning programs, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining learner-centric approaches that foster engagement and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development of complex learning programs
Engage with business leaders to align learning programs with our goals
Often responsible for innovation and transformation in learning practices
Lead the design and development of strategic learning programs that align with organizational goals
Innovate and implement advanced learning solutions using the latest technologies and methodologies
Serve as learning advisor to leadership, influencing decision-making and aligning learning programs with long-term business objectives
Manage large-scale programs and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations that inspire organizational change
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of important learning programs
Mentor and coach other learning professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning strategies and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience required in a formal learning environment
Two-year degree required in Learning, Human Resources, Business or related field or enrolled in a program or equivalent, relevant work experience
Must have basic to high proficiency with AI and/or business intelligence
You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future.
