Job Description:

The Principal Learning Advisor operates at a strategic level, playing an important role in influencing and shaping our learning and development landscape. This role leads the design of large-scale learning programs and solutions, applying advanced adult learning principles to lead organizational success. The advisor will mentor, coach, and train team members while serving as a strategic partner to business leaders. Responsibilities include managing innovative learning programs, leading cross-functional teams, and maintaining learner-centric approaches that foster engagement and growth.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience required in a formal learning environment
  • Two-year degree required in Learning, Human Resources, Business or related field or enrolled in a program or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • Must have basic to high proficiency with AI and/or business intelligence
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future.
