Job Description:

Citi South Africa is offering a one-year Learnership Programme in Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) for recent university graduates. The program includes exposure and practical work experience in compliance risk management, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessments, providing an opportunity for long-term career development.

Job Responsibility:

Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across various business lines
understand regulatory frameworks
contribute to risk assessments
support policy implementation
analyze data to ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards
safeguard Citi’s reputation
foster a robust control environment.

Requirements:

Obtained undergraduate degree with a GPA 65% & above or master’s degree in any discipline
maximum of 1 year of work experience but not required
strong leadership skills

knowledge of global or domestic business landscape
interest in financial regulations and compliance
