Job Description:

Red Balloon Norfolk is looking for a compassionate, energetic and proactive Learner Mentor & Activities Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our learners. This is a rewarding, hands-on role for someone who is empathetic, creative and committed to supporting young people in a nurturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build strong, therapeutic, professional relationships with a core group of young people
  • Deliver one‑to‑one mentoring sessions
  • Facilitate well-being and physical activities
  • Help students set and work towards their personal goals
  • Lead on creating a varied, fun and learner-led programme of weekly activities

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting young people and their families
  • Relevant professional qualifications, training or experience in young people’s wellbeing or education
  • Excellent IT and administrative skills

Nice to have:

Educated to degree level
