The Learner Engagement Senior Analyst supports the operational execution and scheduling of leadership and professional development programs across a global portfolio. This role partners closely with faculty management, program owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are staffed, scheduled, communicated, and delivered effectively. The role is responsible for driving strong operational discipline across scheduling, course volume planning, learner marketing/communications, cost tracking, and risk management—ensuring a high-quality learner experience while meeting business and resource constraints.
Job Responsibility:
Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day activities related to implementing programs across the Leadership Development portfolio in various time zones and global locations
Ensure appropriate program staffing levels through collaboration with faculty management
Plan, organize, and facilitate monthly course volume meetings
Coordinate as-needed scheduling touchpoints to mitigate any downward trends and/or issues regarding course registrations
Ensure resources (such as facilitators, training rooms, vendors, etc.) are assigned to program and monitors commitment
Establish program communication needs and create program communication plan
Execute direct-to-learner campaigns and communications to drive enrollments across all programs
Identify, documents, and understands program dependencies
Maintain documentation of scheduling procedures and workflows
Organize regular process improvement touchpoints with internal and external partners to ensure proper process flow
Track actual program costs, identify variances, and reforecast program costs as needed
Create the process risk management plan
Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated having worked as a Program or Project Manager and/or Lead medium to large cross-functional projects
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Fluent English skills
