As demand for flexible learning continues to grow, we’re looking for motivated, people‑focused individuals who can build strong relationships, guide learners through their options, and play a key role in expanding our provision. If you’re driven, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote our flexible learning products via telephone, email, and social media
  • Be proactive in the promotion of our courses across B2C and B2B
  • Create social media posts to advertise courses
  • Make and receive calls responding to enquiries
  • Driven to engage with new prospects and maintain strong relationships with existing learners
  • Go through all assigned leads throughout the course of the day (call, email and text)
  • Manage all activity accurately on CRM (Salesforce) including the scheduling of calls/emails and tasks – accurately recording and updating
  • Confidently support each learner through the enrolment form over the phone to complete their applications
  • Adhere to eligibility and IAG with all learners to in line with funding requirements
  • Engage with all enquiries demonstrating resilience and promote all courses with full benefits and value
  • Prospect businesses, check funding availability, and manage higher-volume opportunities – take out as covered above
  • Support learners with their progression to enrol onto future courses
  • Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
  • Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and be always vigilant to potential concerns and risks
