Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious professional who sees beyond the spreadsheets. Here, you will be a true business partner, bridging the gap between production and professional development, ensuring our teams in Dunaharaszti stay ahead of the curve.

Job Responsibility

  • Plan, direct, and monitor all training and educational activities at the Dunaharaszti plant
  • Coordinate the assessment of professional competency levels for employees working in production, technology, blow molding, and maintenance
  • Identify training needs and requirements based on the competency matrix and provide recommendations for necessary training programs
  • Develop the annual training plan in collaboration with professional managers, based on the gathered educational requirements
  • Prepare and communicate plant-level reports
  • Initiate, execute, and manage development projects
  • Participate in international and multi-functional projects
  • Evaluate KBIs (Key Business Indicators) and initiate/manage corrective and preventive actions
  • Coordinate the operation of existing MANEX (Manufacturing Excellence) modules and the successful integration of new modules in continuous cooperation with area managers
  • Coordinate preparations for the annual MANEX certification audits
  • Drive the development of digital transformation within the plant.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in a technical/engineering field
  • Fluent, negotiation-level English skills
  • Strong systemic thinking and process-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience is not a requirement but an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology and tools.
