Job Responsibility:
Plan, direct, and monitor all training and educational activities at the Dunaharaszti plant
Coordinate the assessment of professional competency levels for employees working in production, technology, blow molding, and maintenance
Identify training needs and requirements based on the competency matrix and provide recommendations for necessary training programs
Develop the annual training plan in collaboration with professional managers, based on the gathered educational requirements
Prepare and communicate plant-level reports
Initiate, execute, and manage development projects
Participate in international and multi-functional projects
Evaluate KBIs (Key Business Indicators) and initiate/manage corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate the operation of existing MANEX (Manufacturing Excellence) modules and the successful integration of new modules in continuous cooperation with area managers
Coordinate preparations for the annual MANEX certification audits
Drive the development of digital transformation within the plant
Requirements:
Higher education degree in a technical/engineering field
Fluent, negotiation-level English skills
Strong systemic thinking and process-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Lean methodology and tools
Nice to have:
Previous experience is not a requirement but an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
