This role focuses on driving Lean capability development, fostering organizational improvement, and championing operational excellence across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking to embed Lean practices and deliver measurable customer value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement Lean capability strategies to integrate Lean principles into workflows across the organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field

  • At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
  • Proven leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role driving strategic initiatives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and project management skills to transform vision into actionable results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience applying Lean concepts to business processes, digital initiatives, and commercial operations is highly desirable
