This role focuses on driving Lean capability development, fostering organizational improvement, and championing operational excellence across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and strategic thinking to embed Lean practices and deliver measurable customer value.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement Lean capability strategies to integrate Lean principles into workflows across the organization
Lead by example, showcasing standardized work, daily management, and structured problem-solving techniques
Design and manage training programs to build organizational expertise in Lean methodologies, combining theoretical learning with hands-on application
Facilitate improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and problem-solving workshops to drive operational and cultural enhancements
Actively promote continuous improvement by fostering collaboration, accountability, and proactive Lean execution
Champion quality and customer delivery as key success metrics, ensuring sustainable results
Cultivate a culture of Lean practices by embedding them into daily operations and leadership behaviors
Provide mentorship and guidance to teams, fostering high-performance and a shared commitment to operational excellence
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
a Master’s degree is preferred
At least 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
Proven leadership experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a senior role driving strategic initiatives
Comprehensive knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement tools
Exceptional strategic thinking and project management skills to transform vision into actionable results
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Experience applying Lean concepts to business processes, digital initiatives, and commercial operations is highly desirable
Demonstrated expertise in leading cultural transformations and embedding Lean practices in diverse organizational environments
