• Proven experience in Lean methodologies and process improvement
• Ability to lead and facilitate workshops, map processes, and identify inefficiencies
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ideally, functional knowledge of banking operations (e.g., retail banking, credit, compliance, back-office)
• Excellent communication skills in English
