Job Description

In this role, you will design and implement strategies to embed Lean principles across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will collaborate with leaders and teams globally to create scalable development programs, drive problem-solving capabilities, and ensure lasting impact through effective Lean practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement Lean capability strategies to integrate Lean thinking and behaviors into organizational workflows
  • Lead by example, demonstrating Lean principles such as standardized work, structured problem solving, and daily management
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip teams and leaders with the skills needed to apply Lean methodologies effectively
  • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping sessions to solve business challenges and enhance organizational capability
  • Advocate for continuous improvement by promoting collaboration, accountability, and Lean execution within the company
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed Lean practices into daily operations and sustain long-term results
  • Act as a champion for quality and delivery, ensuring alignment with customer success measures
  • Drive cultural transformation by integrating Lean principles into leadership behaviors and operational processes
  • Support global teams in adopting Lean practices through tailored coaching and mentoring
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of Lean initiatives to identify areas for further improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in driving operational excellence
  • Deep understanding of Lean principles and tools, with proven ability to apply them across diverse organizational settings
  • Strong strategic and project management skills to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to adapt Lean methodologies to business processes, digital workflows, and commercial operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cultural transformations and embedding Lean practices for sustained impact
