Job Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate subbies, labourers, and onsite personnel
Ensure all carpentry work is executed perfectly according to the plans
Keep track of daily site activity and document progress (basic computer work)
Monitor and maintain onsite WHS compliance to keep everyone safe
Work hand-in-hand with the Foreman to review project status and smash milestones
Requirements
Trade or tertiary qualified in Carpentry or Joinery with experience working for a recognised Aussie builder
At least 1 years of experience working on commercial or similar fit-out projects
Strong communication skills
Great attention to detail
Confidence to chat with clients and subbies
Tech-literate
Hungry to learn
Ready to fast-track your career
Valid driver's license
Own reliable vehicle
Solid understanding of WHS
