Job Responsibility

Facility Governance: Providing expert, hands-on direction for the Memphis, TN Ion Exchange (IX) facility, ensuring the regeneration processes, chemical handling, and resin lifecycle management meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
The role will also require ownership of the refurbishment of the IX facility with control of cost as well as inventory management
Service Network Optimization: Leading the distributed field service and logistics teams to excellent customer service as well as rapid response times and consistent uptime for customer-site equipment across North America
Financial & Asset Stewardship: Driving EBITDA growth through customer base expansion, cost control, efficient operation of the IX regeneration plant and maximizing the utilization/turnover of the IX fleet (MODI trailers and Ion Exchange vessels)
Sales: Responsible for the growth of the IW Services business, and management of the salesforce, in line with the growth plan
