We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Leading Hand to join our growing team in the Water Services sector. Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage a diverse team of water services personnel, promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment
  • Oversee daily operations for both freshwater and wastewater project sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timelines
  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to crew members, utilizing your construction and water services expertise
  • Implement and maintain best practices for construction and water treatment processes, promoting continuous improvement
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Manage resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Facilitate team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge within the team
  • Communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders to ensure projects align with company and client expectations

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within the water services industry, with a focus on both wastewater and fresh water
