Dynamic fabrication role with leadership responsibilities. Fabrication of steel and aluminium components. Mandurah location with on-site parking. Long-term career progression. Our client is a Mandurah-based metal fabrication business delivering welding and fabrication services across mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. With a strong emphasis on quality and precision, they support industrial, structural, and custom fabrication projects. Our client is currently seeking a Leading Hand/2IC to join their team in their Greenfields workshop to strengthen leadership and maintain quality standards. In this role, you will be supporting the Workshop Manager, overseeing workflow coordination, production quality, and mentoring of up to 10 workshop staff, including apprentices and trade assistances. It combines hands-on fabrication with team leadership and continuous improvement duties.

Requirements
