Job Description:

Our Maintenance Service team is the backbone of our business, working across multiple sites to deliver shutdown and operational support in iron ore, lithium, and hard rock environments. We are looking for Leading Hand Electrician with a trade background and experience in crushing and/or process equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance to join our team for current and future opportunities. These are full-time positions offering on-site training and the chance to advance your career, both on the tools and in leadership roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a team of electricians on site, coordinating work schedules and tasks
  • Conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on large scale fixed plant machinery and equipment
  • Repair, Maintain and Commission crushing and screening equipment by attending breakdowns and performing routine planned maintenance
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior electricians and apprentices
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Australian or Australian recognised trade qualification
  • WA Electrical Licence
  • Current Manual C Class Drivers License (HR license desirable)
  • HRWL (DG, RB, CN, WP) (highly desirable)
  • Basic Fire
  • First Aid, CPR & LVR
  • Construction Induction Card
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements
