Job Description

We are looking for a Leadership Development Facilitator to join our Global Leadership & Organisational Development team. In this role, you will deliver high-impact leadership workshops and ensure that leadership development is not only experienced as a programme but embedded into everyday leadership practices across Demant. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring leadership development to life across regions by translating global frameworks into meaningful local action. You will play a key role in ensuring that leaders move beyond insight to a sustained behavioral change, supporting Demant’s global leadership direction and business priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate Global Leadership Compass workshops, both virtually and in person, across Business Areas and regions
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by applying strong facilitation techniques and leveraging digital tools
  • Drive regional embedding of the Leadership Compass by translating global frameworks into local leadership practices
  • Facilitate structured follow-up sessions and cohort-based learning to reinforce insights, strengthen accountability, and support sustained behavioral change
  • Support leaders in bridging insight to practice by turning leadership concepts into concrete actions and routines
  • Deliver targeted, in-person skill-building sessions to deepen leadership capabilities for selected groups
  • Support leader segmentation by helping group leaders into meaningful cohorts based on context, experience, and business needs
  • Gather feedback and insights from sessions to continuously improve content and measure leadership impact
  • Collaborate closely with LDPs, HRBPs, and senior leaders to ensure alignment with regional and business priorities

Requirements
