Job Responsibility

  • Engaging with Global Leadership AoE Teams for design and delivery of global leadership development programs
  • Translate improvement and growth needs into learning interventions and programs
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, including virtual and in-person workshops, e-learning modules, and other learning formats that engage and educate participants effectively
  • Design, plan and deliver leadership development agenda align with business strategy for all management levels
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with leadership community
  • Being a trusted partner for management team to plan and drive continuous leadership development
  • Prepare and manage annual budget for the responsible areas
  • Vendor management during the program’s design & delivery phases
