Job Description:

As a Leadership Care Consultant, you will provide management consultations, training, critical incident response, and assessment and referral mental health support to leaders in a Fortune 500 company in the retail industry. You may also provide consultation to HR, program managers, and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues. This role will report to the Spring Health Clinical Manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide consultation and support to managers, people teams, and members that enhances employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
  • Proactively develop strong and trusting relationships with leaders and HR points of contact and execute against a local action plan
  • Coordinate and deliver critical incident response
  • Conduct company tailored training and Spring Health benefit promotion events
  • Develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs
  • Complete required internal training and assignments and attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings
  • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards
  • Track and monitor available data to identify strategic workplace wellbeing insights
  • Support leaders in assessing for risk and managing member and organizational crises
  • Provide management consultation that enhances employee wellbeing, satisfaction, and workplace effectiveness
  • Facilitate informal referral intakes
  • Support rehab referral cases
  • Engage in supervision with your Clinical Manager
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of all service delivery
  • Participate in strategic planning and advising meetings
  • Represent Spring Health and help to support/reinforce program parameters and goals
  • Communicate with local points of contact and cascade any needs to Spring Health partners
  • Proactively develop relationships with key customer contacts and attend customer meetings

Requirements:

  • Unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Illinois (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year experience as an independently licensed clinician
  • Training and experience in delivering management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentations
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care, including short-term, solution-focused therapy
  • Comfortable tailoring service delivery to companywide needs and initiatives
  • Comfortable providing consultation on safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks
  • Committed to high quality documentation of service delivery that is completed in a timely manner
  • Required to have at home WiFi and a personal device that connects to the WiFi to support the need for 2FA set up
  • Ability to commute within a radius of 60 minutes and / or 20 miles from your home address
