Job Description:

The Leadership Associate Program is a 24-month developmental experience designed to broaden skills and explore areas of the Personal Bank through rotational leadership roles. The program develops careers for MBA students in functional roles including Product Management and Analytics, ending in VP-level role consideration.

Job Responsibility:

Working in two 12-month rotations across the Personal Bank
Immersed in different business groups such as Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Citi Retail Services, Marketing, Client Experience, Operations, and Risk
Managing Product, Project or Data
Engaging in Strategy, Innovation, and Customer Experience
Risk and Controls
Analytics
Building a strong professional network

Requirements:

You are obtaining your MBA degree and are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
You have 3-5 years of work experience
Technically Advanced in PowerPoint
Intermediate in Excel
