Job Description:

The Leadership Associate program at Citi is a two-year rotational development program designed for MBA graduates. Participants work in key areas like Credit Cards, Risk Management, and Marketing, with mentorship, networking, and potential for VP-level roles post-program.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in a 24-month leadership program with two 12-month rotations
Work in areas such as Credit Cards, Retail Banking, Citi Retail Services, Marketing, Client Experience, Operations, and Risk
Develop skills in functional roles like Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, Strategy, Innovation, Customer Experience, Risk and Controls, and Analytics
Broaden skills and build a professional network

Requirements:

You are obtaining your MBA degree and are graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
You have 3-5 years of work experience
Technically advanced in PowerPoint, Intermediate in Excel
